The
Digital Marketing Specialist will create and deliver marketing campaigns across
digital channels including websites, email, social media, and advertising. This role will
cultivate a highly engaged community of brand loyalists through creative brand
communications. The Digital Marketing Specialist is skilled in generative creative work to
produce compelling visual and written content which meets the needs of multiple audiences simultaneously and builds brand connection across consumer, B2B, and industry groups. Using a strong understanding of audience and platform trends, community standards, advertising compliance, internal KPI's and brand goals, the Digital Marketing Specialist will directly support the success of marketing programs by maximizing brand reach and engagement online.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Create and implement marketing campaigns which support brand and product marketing initiatives
- Create original content and coordinate with design, photo and video production plans to deliver fresh, high-frequency brand messaging
- Create social media posts, monitor activity, engage with community, and audit category and competitor trends
- Create and continuously optimize email marketing campaigns including development and maintenance of segmented journeys, flows, nurture and conversion funnels.
- Collaborate with creative production, trade marketing, sales, and customer support to satisfy calendared and ad-hoc digital content needs

● Experience in content marketing including planning, production, and publishing, as well as skill in community management are desired.
● Strong understanding of digital content platforms, tools, techniques, strategies, and analytics is needed, with emphasis on social media and email marketing.
● Must have experience working in a fast-paced work environment.
● Must have strong attention to detail and exceptional client-service skills.
● Must be organized and have strong communication skills.
● Must understand and follow basic verbal and written instructions.
● Basic PC office application skills are required
● Must be able to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and written.
● Possess basic mathematical skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
