This role will work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, experience design, sales, and other functions across the company to assist in the on-time coordination and execution of marketing activities set in the strategy by the product marketing manager. The coordinator will also be responsible for entering and tracking marketing assets through the development and review process using the company's project management system. This position will assist in other ad hoc marketing activities in support of the product marketing team goals.
- Manage on-time execution of all marketing activities and campaigns including advertising, direct marketing, sales promotions, events, sponsorships, and more.
- Collaborate with the product marketing manager and agencies on the development and execution of go-to-market plans, communication plans, creative & messaging concepts aligned to the product's value proposition, goals, and brand guidelines.
- Develop reports and presentations of post-campaign analysis to include recommendations when applicable. Compile and process financial information such as invoices and budget spreadsheets.
- Coordinate, review, and traffic marketing projects in the company's project management system. Submit and coordinate identified research or data requests to include gathering of required business information.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Communications, Business, or related field is preferred but not required.
