Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Ideation & Execution: Develop and implement creative and strategic marketing campaigns aimed at driving revenue growth and increasing customer engagement.
- Department Leadership: Oversee the entire marketing department, providing direction, mentorship, and support to ensure all marketing initiatives align with the company’s goals.
- Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI and support company growth objectives.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze reports from the email marketing agency, focusing on key metrics to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Conversion Rate Optimization: Regularly analyze and optimize conversion rates across all marketing channels, including landing pages, emails, SMS campaigns, and paid advertising efforts.
- Brand Partnerships: Identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships with major brands that can enhance our sales and boost brand awareness. Ensure these partnerships are leveraged effectively to contribute to the company’s overall success.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with other departments to ensure marketing strategies align with the broader company goals and support long-term growth.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a senior marketing role, with proven experience in leading a marketing team and managing brand partnerships.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Data-Driven & Technical Expertise: Blends data-driven insights with technical expertise, meticulous attention to detail, and a knack for creative problem-solving. A strong background in performance marketing is essential.
- Educational Background: A BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience.
- E-commerce & DTC Experience: A minimum of 5 years in the DTC/e-commerce space, with a proven history of driving and scaling e-commerce sales, particularly within product-oriented brands.
- Tools Proficiency: Must be familiar with Triple Whale, Google Analytics, Klaviyo, and Attentive. Proficient in working on Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager, with hands-on experience in campaign setup, management, and optimization.
- Strategic & ROI-Focused: Skilled in creating and refining online marketing strategies and CRM campaigns with a sharp focus on maximizing ROI.
- Strategic Mindset: Must possess a strategic mindset, be resourceful, decisive, and excel in problem-solving. Capable of handling multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and quickly adapting to change.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, effective at influencing both colleagues and senior leadership.
- High-Speed Environment: Ability to thrive in a high-speed environment, with flexibility for handling demanding project timelines.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, with a track record of fostering a collaborative and results-oriented team culture.
