The Botanical Hospitality Group is seeking a Social Media & Marketing Manager to be a critical part of the team. The position is to implement the strategy of general marketing and promotions across all of the venues in addition to managing all social media accounts. This includes but is not limited to the management of designers, photographers and other suppliers, so clear and effective communication and administration skills are required.

Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 3-years experience in a similar role within hospitality or be able to demonstrate success in previous Marketing/Social Media Coordinator roles.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across various platforms for multiple concepts to drive engagement and brand awareness.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to
- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions.
- Stay up to date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications.
- Manage in house brand and design with Graphic Designer to ensure venues are up to date with all marketing materials. (e.g. flyers, promo cards, in house promotions, etc.)
- Report to Executives and team on a monthly basis on previous months strategies & outcomes.
Requirements & Skills:
- Proven work experience in Social Media &/or Marketing.
- Hands on experience in content management
- Ability to deliver creative content on platforms (text, image, video, etc.)
- Excellent copywriting skills
- Familiarity with web design via squarespace
- Must have strong multitasking & time management skills
