What “Creative Director” Means Here:
We know that “Creative Director” can mean a lot of different things, in different places. At Echo-Factory, our goal is to find a creative director who is the true lead of our creative department (both on the creative side and leading the admin things).
Why Echo-Factory?
We’re a small (20-person) ad agency based in Old Town Pasadena, CA, where our CEO reminds us that he’s built his dream job and wants the same for everyone on the team. We focus on culture, collaboration, and delivering great results for our clients across industries like aerospace, healthcare, B2B, and more.
Compared to some other agencies, we tend to produce a higher volume of work at a quicker pace, but we also work hard to make sure that rarely if ever bleeds into your evenings or weekends.
We’ve won a few creative awards, but are more focused on our client’s success than adding to our trophy shelf.
Speaking of clients, we specialize in a few B2B spaces like Cleantech and Aerospace, as well as consumer-facing industries like Healthcare, Finance, and business technology. On any given day, you could work on projects for a company that stocks spare parts for a Boeing 777, and another making electric car batteries last longer than ever.
We work hard, but we also believe in balance—no overly long hours or agency politics here. We offer regular social hours, great benefits, and a work environment where we value results and enjoy the process. If this sounds like your dream job, apply with a cover letter sharing how your experience aligns with our work!
Commitment to Diversity
Our clients and business partners come from all walks of life and so do we. Echo-Factory is an equal-opportunity employer we are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees. We aim to hire great people from a wide variety of backgrounds, not just because it’s the right thing to do, but because it makes us better, and helps us do better work for our clients. If you share our values and our enthusiasm for making powerful, meaningful work and growing our clients’ businesses, you will find a home at Echo-Factory!
