PR: $25.30/hr on W2 (C2C is not available)

Job Description
The Coordinator, Global Brand Marketing will support the transactional home entertainment business for film and television content. This position will report to the Executive Director, Brand Marketing. The Coordinator will play a key role in bringing home entertainment product to market.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up products in internal systems (Mercury, POVC, WWRS)
- Issue direction to Production as to how products should be designed
- Maintain internal planning and tracking data in Airtable, ensuring the information is accurate and up-to-date
- Draft sales materials, and route them to various departments for approval
- Confirm legal and music clearances
- Check retail sites to ensure products are on store and accurate
- Identify information and assets to be added to retailer product pages
- Route some marketing materials for approval
- Contribute to the development of presentations
- Provide support on ad hoc projects as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Film, Television, or related field is desired
- Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing, marketing operations or project management. Experience within home entertainment, film studio, marketing/advertising agency or consumer products is preferred.
- High degree of proficiency with Airtable, Excel, PowerPoint and Photoshop
