Omelet, an award-winning, independent creative agency with a growing and exciting client roster, is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated
Brand Apprentice for its Culver City headquarters location.
This is a (3) month, full-time position with the possibility of a long term hire. Candidates must be currently based in Los Angeles and able to commute to Culver City 2x/week.
The ideal brand person is a born leader, resourceful, with equal parts emotional intelligence and level-headedness. The brand management function at our agency touches every step of the development process from strategy to finance to creative and production and of course driving the client relationship forward. It is the ultimate responsibility of brand management to generate powerful work that delivers on time and on budget, all the while inspiring and uplifting the team.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is curious about the advertising industry, client relations, and project management.
General Responsibilities
- Work closely with senior level Brand team members on the day-to-day operations of account management across various clients
- Be the cornerstone of the team's functioning: schedule briefings, write and set agendas, and follow up with meeting notes and conference reports
- Establish relationships with internal teams across disciplines to improve agency process and allow for continued communication
- Support Brand team to determine project timelines, budget, and track spending on projects
- Ensure materials being shared internally and externally are correct and delivered on time
- Update and establish status reports
- Understand and filter client feedback for internal teams
Requirements
- Some experience preferred working with cross-functional teams within an organization; such as within an advertising, marketing, or entertainment agency
- Strong organizational and project management skills including the ability to manage multiple task at the same time
- Detailed orientated with an ability to organize large amounts of information in an easy to digest format
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including written and verbal
- Proactive and strategic thinker
- Proficient in Google Suite
