What We’re Seeking:
We are in search of a dynamic, self-motivated Social Media Manager with a strong passion for the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate thrives keeping up with the latest digital social media trends. This position offers an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly expanding company with a focus on bringing to life (digitally) the essence of restaurants across the country.
This position demands the skill to administer social media accounts, creating original text and video content, managing posts and responding to direct messages and comments.
Our emphasis is on finding someone dedicated to supporting independent restaurant owners. The chosen candidate will play a key role in assisting restaurants in optimizing their digital presence across all social media outlets.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
- Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily
- Monitor key KPIs and metrics
- Collaborate with other teams like sales, media, and customer support
- Ability to train and assist other team members
- Communicate with followers, and respond to direct messages
- Oversee social media accounts (Facebook, Tik Tok, Instagram)
- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness
- Stay up to date with the latest trends in social media
- Creative writing and copy, hashtags
- Keep up with trending music and editing techniques
Candidate qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager
- Hands on experience in content management
- Excellent copywriting skills
- Ability to delivery creative content (image, video, text)
- Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research
- Knowledge of online marketing channels
- Familiarity with web design (not mandatory)
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical and multitasking skills
- Ability to train and supervise others
