US Immigration Fund, a global finance and real estate development company, headquartered in Jupiter, Florida, is seeking a Marketing Manager who will report to the Marketing Director and work closely with the rest of the internal Marketing team. This is an on-site position at our Jupiter/Tequesta office, not remote.
Position Overview:
The ideal candidate for the Marketing Manager position will possess a strong background in managing websites, social media platforms, creative design, branding and other marketing initiatives. The Marketing Manager will develop written materials for use on our websites, social media platforms, print and various brand channels. This candidate will work with the marketing, sales, creative and executive teams to help shape the overall content direction for a wide variety of projects, including print, web, and sales. This job also consists of preparing advanced materials for PR, print or web, global industry events, creating communication materials to investors and shareholders. This is an exciting hands-on opportunity for a someone looking to build experience in the global finance, real estate and investment industries. This role requires a creative thinker with a proven ability to drive brand growth and engagement while effectively managing diverse marketing campaigns throughout different avenues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create content that adheres to brand standards, while also identifying additional relevant and creative content campaigns.
- Collaborate with team members across the globe as well as creative partners to develop campaign concepts and strategic storytelling ideas that can be effectively executed across numerous channels.
- Write online content or copy for webpages, newsletters, blog posts, social media platforms and articles for promotional campaigns, press releases and new investment opportunities.
- Perform research about industry trends and cultural nuances to create content relevant to globally located audiences.
- Assist in the creation of new International marketing campaigns
- Conduct business interviews with executives and curate content relevant to company portfolio and industry to assist in original content creation for company channels.
- Create other types of content such as presentations and video scripts
- Review and monitor all content for different company platforms including websites, social media, blogs etc to ensure accuracy, relevancy and proper grammatical implementation.
- Ensure that content standards are consistently applied to publications and social media
- Write long and short-form articles for campaigns/partnerships
- Focus on educational and informational content build-out as a long-term strategy for enhancing the client experience and positioning the Company as an authority in finance, global migration and real estate investments.
- Assist in the creation of new national and international marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive consistent branding and messaging across all marketing channels.
- Lead the design and production of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, banners, and other promotional assets.
- Implement and manage social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and customer interactions.
- Stay current with industry trends, digital marketing developments, and emerging technologies to bring innovative ideas and best practices to the team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, business or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in diversified marketing roles, preferably within a multi-business or family office environment
- Strong portfolio showcasing successful management and execution of websites, social media platforms, creative assets, branding, and marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including content management systems, social media schedulers, analytics tools, and design software (ex: Adobe products).
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
- Exceptional creative thinking, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to adapt to changing market conditions.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent copyediting and proofreading skills
A PLUS:
- Knowledge of Content Management Systems (Meltwater, PR Newswire, SalesForce, Marketing Cloud, Red Booth, BaseCamp and others)
- Proficiency with Adobe graphics applications including Photoshop & InDesign or Canva
- Any level of proficiency in other languages
