Position Information
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to oversee and manage our brand's presence across all social media platforms. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies to increase brand awareness, engage with our audience, and drive traffic and conversions. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and technical know-how to manage social media accounts and grow the company’s online community.
Position Responsibilities
- Execute, and optimize a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals and marketing initiatives.
- Produce, curate, and schedule engaging content (text, image, and video) tailored to each platform, ensuring consistency in brand voice and tone.
- Oversee the day-to-day management of social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.), including monitoring trends and responding to comments/messages in a timely manner.
- Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using Dash Hudson. Provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Help coordinate, build and foster an engaged online community by interacting with followers, responding to inquiries, and moderating discussions.
- Stay current with emerging trends, tools, and best practices in social media, and leverage new opportunities to enhance our online presence.
- Work closely with marketing, creative, and sales teams to align social media strategies with overall marketing and branding initiatives.
Position Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 5-7 years experience in Social Media or similar type Marketing role, preferably in a the luxury beauty industry.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Dash Hudson).
- Strong understanding of SEO, web traffic metrics, and social media algorithms.
- Exceptional communication, copywriting, and editing skills.
- Experience with graphic design or video editing tools is a plus (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
