Working hours: Monday –Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pharma, Bioscience, Biotechnology Experience Preferred
- Works in an international environment in a matrix organization. Is responsible for developing coherent and powerful content strategies and assets, which support the overall marketing strategy and branding of Client.
- Ensures timely, consistent and professional execution of all campaign activities within associated budget.
- Possesses a “digital first” mindset and utilizes all digital avenues available to engage and inform target audiences.
- Measures performance and continuously refines and improves our marketing approach.
- Takes the lead in developing a successful content strategy and tactical marketing plan for the specified product group or market segment for a given year, in close collaboration with Product
- Managers and other stakeholders.
- Determines most effective tools and channels (with an emphasis on digital channels) to reach the target group and to achieve the campaign goals such as lead generation and nurturing, increasing awareness/share of voice, establishing thought leadership, and customer retention.
- Works with sales and marketing to establish positioning and to develop relevant content, including but not limited to messaging, copy, and images. Ensures a compelling, consistent and professional representation of the business to the outside world.
- Creates and manages annual calendar of activities via our project management software (currently Wrike) and deadlines to ensure timely delivery of campaigns.
- Challenges and supports product management to follow best practices and modern marketing methodologies and digital marketing approaches. Stays abreast of current trends in marketing, and continuously improves subject-matter expertise of the team.
- Ensures disciplined adherence to harmonized standards and BigPicture marketing management framework..
- Takes the lead in coordinating with internal and/or external designers/partners on creation/execution of marketing materials and activities, ensuring compliance with corporate guidelines and consistency throughout different tools and channels.
- Serves as the primary point-of-contact between Product Management and the Marketing
- Communications and Digital teams.
- Ensures timely and correct handling of leads generated through campaigns/activities.
- Analyzes and communicates program performance to key stakeholders, including marketing leadership and sales. Keeps track of cost and campaign performance, and provides regular reporting on agreed KPIs, including analysis and recommendations for future planning/corrective action as required.
- Understands technological and methodical advancements in the MarComs discipline, with a particular focus on relevant digital approaches, platforms and channels.
- Develops action plans and implements process improvements in accordance with Head of MarCom in order to increase efficiency and quality of support to the business.
- Educates marketing and sales teams as well as other stakeholders on relevant knowledge and processes.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
