Growth Marketing Manager - Job Description
Marvin is on a mission to end healthcare worker burnout. We partner with top hospitals across the U.S., including Cedars-Sinai and UCLA in Los Angeles, Jefferson Health in Philadelphia, and the Harvard Department of Psychiatry, to provide a proprietary mental health care platform for their physicians, nurses, and staff.
We are looking for a highly driven and results-oriented Growth Marketing Manager to help drive user activations/enrollment across our health system partners. Our ideal candidate has experience running multi-channel campaigns, with a focus on enrollment or signups at a healthcare technology company (i.e. B2B2C), and is adept at interfacing with enterprise customers.
In this role, you will work cross functionally across the Marvin team to implement new customers, including new client launch marketing campaigns, developing content and campaigns for existing client campaigns, and finding creative ways to drive enrollments across our customers.

This position is based in Marina del Rey, CA. Preference for candidates in the Los Angeles metropolitan area, but will consider remote/other locations for the right fit.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner with marketing and cross-functional teams to plan and execute new client launch marketing campaigns
- Collaborate closely with the Marvin partnerships team and external partners to implement new programs, and to drive marketing campaigns at existing partners
- Own and oversee execution of our Iterable marketing calendar, including email blasts, journeys, and direct mail campaigns
- Continually test and learn from activation/enrollment campaigns to drive quarter-over-quarter growth
- Communicate recommendations and results to key stakeholders, including executive leadership
- Keep up-to-date on the latest trends in enrollment marketing, learn on the job, and apply your learnings to our work at Marvin
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications or related field
- 5-8 years of experience in B2B2C, B2C, or enrollment marketing
- Experience planning and executing successful marketing campaigns
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong planning and project management skills
- Obsessed with the data and impact of marketing activities
- Laser-focused attention to detail
- Experience tackling ambiguous problems in a fast-paced environment
- Experience as a top performer at a health technology startup
