We are seeking a talented and strategic Social Media Manager specializing in User Generated Content (UGC) and Influencer Marketing, to join our team. As the Social Media Manager, you will be crucial in leveraging content and collaborating with in-house content creators, creative services and influencers to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and foster community growth across various social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain social media strategy and channel execution.
- Own social media channel engagement, KPIs and reporting.
- Work with content creators to develop monthly and weekly content calendars.
- Develop content themes and pillars to effectively communicate brand tone and initiatives.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive UGC strategy to encourage and amplify user-generated content that showcases Closet World products and inspires audience engagement.
- Identify and engage with brand advocates, satisfied customers, and loyal followers to solicit and curate user-generated content, including images, videos, testimonials, and reviews.
- Establish guidelines and best practices for content submissions, ensuring consistency with brand voice, messaging, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with internal creative teams to develop content into marketing campaigns, social media posts, landing pages, and other brand touch points.
- Manage and maintain a library of content, organize and categorize assets for easy access and reuse across social media channels and marketing initiatives.
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors, identifying opportunities for collaboration and partnership.
- Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns, including outreach, negotiation, contract management, and campaign performance tracking.
- Provide guidance and support to influencers throughout the content creation process, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics related to user-generated content and influencer marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in social media and influencer marketing, integrating innovative approaches to drive results and maintain competitive advantage.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in social media management, with a focus on user-generated content and influencer marketing.
- Proven track record of success in developing and implementing social media strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content creation tools, with a keen eye for visual storytelling and brand aesthetics.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with influencers, brand advocates, and cross-functional teams.
- Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and a passion for leveraging user-generated content and influencer partnerships to achieve business objectives.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to measure performance and inform strategy.
- Detail-oriented with strong project management and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
- Experience with influencer management platforms and social media analytics tools such as Sprout Social is a plus.
