evolved and developed into far more than a dress company. We began as a sustainable clothing brand, but
sustaining our present relationship with the planet is not enough, now it's time to heal. At our core, we are

our communities and ourselves through care for and service to Mother Earth. Having built our business via the
use of deadstock fabrics at our Los Angeles factory, we are now transitioning into becoming a fully regenerative
farm-to-closet company. Our focus is on building intimate reciprocal relationships with the soil, farmers,

Position Summary
The Social Media Coordinator will play a vital part in supporting the development and growth of our brand
presence across social media platforms. This role works collaboratively across the marketing team at Christy
Dawn to support the development of innovative, best-in-class content across all social media platforms with a
focus on business results and brand awareness/engagement. This role will be uniquely positioned to build strong
cross-functional partnership that will be able to push social media forward at Christy Dawn through the content
we create and stories that we tell to further strengthen our bond with our community. The ideal candidate is
passionate about social media, has a creative mindset, and is eager to learn and grow in the field of digital
marketing.
Primary Responsibilities
Curate and compose seasonal social media content calendar to ensure brand consistency through tone,
voice, imagery
Support Christy, marketing and digital teams in creation of all social media content from concept to
activation across social media platforms
Daily social media community engagement and support across all social media channels, ensuring
accuracy with brand voice, tone, grammar and information shared
Develop and implement strategies to grow the community base, including follower acquisition,
retention, and re-engagement tactics
Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly social media performance reports to social media team, broader
marketing team and leader
Complete other social media and/or marketing projects as assigned
Qualifications & Skills
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism or related fields preferred
1 – 2+ years experience in social media marketing
Understanding of various social media platforms, their main uses and how they can be used to grow
communities and brand awareness
Able to organize and schedule content and content creation, develop engagement proposals
Highly organized and consistently meets deadlines
Excellent communicator both verbally and in writing, using a brand voice
Desire to be part of a tight knit team looking to transform the traditional apparel industry
Light Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premier Pro is preferred.
