Role Purpose:
As a Marketing Coordinator at Wally's, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our marketing and creative teams. You will bring your expertise in copywriting and campaign management to the forefront, along with your basic graphic design skills. Your contributions will be crucial in enhancing our brand presence and engaging our customers through strategic email marketing campaigns and compelling visual content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo, aligning with Wally's branding and communication strategies.
- Design and create visual content for various marketing materials, with a strong emphasis on using Photoshop and InDesign.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine and implement creative strategies for product promotions, events, and launches.
- Assist in managing paid social and display advertising campaigns, optimizing for performance and reach.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing communications and platforms.
Experience and Skills:
- Basic understanding of Adobe Creative Cloud applications, specifically Photoshop and InDesign.
- Familiarity with email marketing strategies and analytics, particularly within Klaviyo.
- A foundational grasp of paid social and paid display advertising.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment, as well as take initiative on individual projects.
- Creative, analytical, and organized with a passion for the food and wine industry.

Compensation:
- The Marketing Coordinator role has a starting rate of pay of $69,000 annually.
