ABOUT KEN FULK INC.
Ken Fulk Inc. is a world-renowned interiors, branding, and event design (among many other burgeoning initiatives!) firm with a team of 80 "Fulkers" across their San Francisco and New York offices. Ken Fulk Inc. has gained international acclaim with widely published residential and hospitality projects from Mexico to Miami and Provence to Provincetown. The firm has been named one of Architectural Digest’s AD 100, Elle Decor’s A-List, Luxe's Gold List and was twice-nominated for a James Beard Design Award.
We are looking for a Project Manager to help manage team members and various projects at one time across various verticals within the business, from our styling business to our interior design projects juggling many projects at any given time.
THE ROLE
Marketing
- Collaborate with team to clarify marketing + press initiatives and overall strategic timeline
- Help manage press requests and track press strategy
- Manage the coordination and logistics of promotional appearances and partnerships
- Assist in creating client and partner presentations and pitch decks
- Write clear and concise copy for presentations, press releases and promotional materials
Digital Marketing
- Primary point of contact with social media consultants
- Work with Art Department to maintain and create digital assets, including photography, videography, and graphics
- Update website with new products, press and projects as needed
Branding
- Assist Art Dept with special projects and promotions including internal initiatives such as collaborations, client correspondence and gifts
- Production management for special projects including coordination with vendors and internal creative teams
- Track as needed on select client branding requests from project brief through production
THE REQUIREMENTS
- A passion for building brand identities and telling a holistic story across all brand applications
- An ideal candidate has at least seven years of experience working within the marketing, branding, design or advertising industry
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment, solutions-oriented, and takes initiative
- Ability to work on multiple projects, and manage schedules and deliverables across various
clients and design teams
- Proficiency in G-Suite, PowerPoint, InDesign, Adobe Suite, Word, Excel
- Strong verbal and written communications skills, with keen attention to detail
- Proven record of managing multiple budgets and experience working with billing departments
THE BENEFITS
- Full-time in San Francisco office
- $115,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience
- Monday - Friday 9 am to 6 pm
