Reporting to the Senior Director, Brand Strategy & Consumer Insights, you will be responsible for creating culturally-resonant, breakthrough creative across the funnel to drive long-term brand equity and customer growth. This includes developing the go-to-market advertising strategy and executing cross-channel campaigns - working closely with insights, comms, media, performance marketing and product partners - to bring our brand to life in the right channels with compelling creative assets.

In This Role You Will Get To
- Architect Priceline’s creative platform and campaign strategy
- Champion, produce and execute cross-functional expression of creative platform across TV/Video, Audio, Social (Paid & Organic) and Influencer activities
- Lead creative AOR + social agencies from initial briefing through production, execution and optimization
- Inform other marketing tactics (search, affiliate, performance social and O&O / CRM channels) with creative direction and campaign messaging
- Partner with Brand Strategy lead in assessing brand health and impact of advertising efforts, using learnings to inform creative briefs and optimizations and produce regular reporting to communicate success metrics to senior leaders
- Partner with Brand Media lead in bringing breakthrough creativity to media solutions
- Collaborate with PR lead to generate buzz-building ideas in support of the campaign idea, along with influencer extensions
- Build business cases for testing into new channels, using data to inform campaign strategy and decision making
- Manage budget for brand and awareness efforts, including production budgets, agency retainers and other support partners
- Keep ongoing pulse on cultural trends, consumer behavior, the travel industry, key competitors and emergent brands - identifying opportunities to deposition competition, capture brand consideration and grow preference for Priceline legal and compliance review process for brand campaign assets
Who You Are
- Have 6-10 years of experience in brand marketing and advertising
- Experience with creative development, agency management, campaign production (including video shoots), and
- Manage paid media campaigns for channels mentioned
- Experience in partner/vendor management, including the accrual process, weekly pacing documentation, and monthly reconciliation
- A proactive leader who is able to thrive in an environment with a high level of independence and integrity
- Energetic and collaborative, with strong creative acumen, and strategic-based, data-informed judgment
- Comfortable with cross-functional collaboration across all levels of the organization
- Capable of crafting a clear creative vision, while equally focused on the details, quality of execution and ROI to the business
- Excellent leadership and team building/management skills, and can provide clear and concise direction and feedback to internal and external partners
- Natural curiosity and interest in cultural trends, consumer behaviors and social platforms

There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. In addition to a competitive base salary, certain roles may be eligible for an annual bonus and/or equity grant.
The salary range for this position is $110,000-$150,000.

Flexible work at Priceline
Priceline is following a hybrid working model, which includes two days onsite as determined by you and your manager (ideally selecting among Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday). On the remaining days, you can choose to be remote or in the office.
