As an Assistant Digital Media Strategist, you will work closely with our Media Strategist and assist in the planning, implementation, and analysis of digital media campaigns for our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and executing digital media strategies that align with client goals and objectives
- Conduct research and analysis to identify target audience and market trends
- Leverage key digital platforms, including Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, PPC (Google Ads), YouTube, programmatic advertising (Demand Side Platform - DSP), and email marketing to drive online presence and engagement.
- This includes evaluating, optimizing, and executing those ad buying strategies and campaigns for maximum ROI. Metrics include clicks, click through rates (CTR), video completion rates (VCR) and conversions, just to name a few
- Monitor campaign performance and analyze data to optimize media buying decisions
- Prepare reports and presentations to update clients on campaign results
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging digital media platforms
Requirements
- One year of working experience with programmatic buying, Facebook/Meta Ads or Google Ads is a must
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or related field
- Experience working in an advertising agency setting or a related role is a BIG plus
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to optimize campaigns
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, self-motivated, and professional
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Google Sheets and Windows OS
