Role Description
TWNTY Creative is looking for a part time social media coordinator for a small boutique social media, photography and marketing agency based in Miami, FL. This will be a remote position except for on-site client meetings and photoshoots. The Social Media Coordinator will be responsible for creating social media content, developing and implementing social media marketing strategies, communicating effectively with the audience, and managing digital marketing efforts. This will be a great role for someone who wants to have their hands in a little bit of everything and enjoys learning new skills within a small team. You will be working one on one with the founder to manage and develop this brand/company. This will start as a part time position and develop into a full-time role long term.

- Proven work experience as a social media coordinator in Hospitality Industry
- Familiarity with social media platforms and management tools, including Canva, Sprout Social, Google, Microsoft, Adobe Suite
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Detailed orientated, organized and able to move at a quick learning pace
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to identify and address issues proactively
- Basic photo and video skills
- Familiarity with online marketing strategies and marketing channels
- Ability to gasp future trends in digital technologies and act proactively
- Understanding of social media analytics and engagement metrics, including impressions such as likes, comments, shares, and chats
- BS degree in Marketing, New media or relevant field recommended but not required
Responsibilities
- Stay abreast of industry trends and cultural moments that fuel social brand expression.
- Work to pitch, concept and execute compelling, channel specific content that communicates our brand vision strategically and creatively across brand social channels- Meta, TikTok, Youtube, Pinterest and more.
- Contribute to the evolution of our brand by exploring unique, social first ideas, production processes, approaches, methods, and solutions
- Building relationships with key influencers, advocates, and customers to foster brand advocacy and help develop user-generated content
- Making reservations on behalf of influencers that we contact through social media and second-party platforms
- Help develop original content and suggest creative ways to attract more customers and promote our brands
- Ability to write for several different deliverables: social media posts, emails, social strategies and the occasional press release
- You will design posts to sustain readers curiosity and generate buzz around new products and specials
- Able to understand marketing KPI's while adhering to budgets and timelines for projects
- Understanding social media metrics per platform; ability to monitor and analyze results as well as incorporate learnings into content strategy
- Monitoring and responding to messages and comments on all social media platforms to engage with the community and address any questions or concerns
- Develop an optimal posting schedule, considering web traffic and customer engagement metrics
- Individuals may perform other duties as assigned including work in other functional areas to cover absences or relief, to equalize peak work periods or otherwise to balance the workload, gain additional experience to further the individual's professional development
