Our client, a one-of-a-kind experiential venue, is seeking an innovative and dynamic Marketing Manager to join their team and help shape truly groundbreaking dining and social experiences in Downtown Los Angeles. This multidimensional venue is a first-of-its-kind concept that features a wide and unique variety of dining, drinking, and entertainment experiences. The ideal candidate will have a passion for nightlife, a hands-on, can do attitude, and a knack for creating compelling marketing strategies that draws guests in from a variety of backgrounds.
This is a full-time role, 5 days/week onsite in Downtown Los Angeles. Candidates outside of the LA area will not be considered.
Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee annual marketing plan and budget
- Oversee PR operations to maximize coverage and monitor press
- Develop PR-worthy activations and pitches from ideation to execution
- Develop all materials for pitches — written content, photo/video, social, etc.
- Influencer vetting and management
- Daily management of social media — manage content calendars, monitor feeds, oversee community management, develop strategy for increasing following, etc.
- Monitor ad spend and ROI and adjust based on reporting
- Identify new partnerships to target new audiences, boost engagement, etc.
- Manage email marketing — strategy and roadmap, email databases and maintaining good list hygiene, ensure accuracy and consistency in all communication, etc.
- Develop innovative programming/activations to drive customer base (including seasonal installations)
- Identify target audiences to strategize activations and develop promotional campaigns based on this
- Develop and maintain events calendar
- Oversee end-to-end activation management — developing content, marketing across all channels, curating guest lists, targeting influencer attendance, coordinating entertainment, day-of management, etc.
- Serve as POC to coordinate events, guest engagement, etc.
- Direct photo and video shoots and coordinate with ops to strategically capture content based on on-property events
Base: $80k-90k DOE + benefits
