Icon Concerts is seeking a candidate for this role who specializes in data entry, is an effective multitasker, and adheres to project coordination processes and best practices. The position requires a high level of familiarity with spreadsheets, quick learning abilities, and efficient cross-checking and verification processes. It is not a remote position and will require you to work in the office full-time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in organizing and maintaining digital assets to support marketing efforts.
- Contribute to the planning, executing, and evaluating digital marketing campaigns for events across multiple venues.
- Conduct research to gather insights and generate innovative marketing content ideas.
- Perform daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth operation and coordination of the marketing department’s activities.
- Assist with various marketing duties, including social media management and campaign execution.
- Create and manage reports to track and analyze marketing activities and performance.
- Support the Marketing Team in developing and implementing marketing strategies and initiatives.
- Gain experience with various digital marketing software and tools.
- Prepare, format, and edit documents as needed.
- Develop a strong understanding of our clients and brands to tailor marketing efforts effectively.
- Perform office tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Experience in digital marketing or a related field is preferred
- Previous administrative support experience is beneficial; experience in communications, marketing, public relations, education, or graphic design is a plus
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud applications (e.g., Photoshop) is an advantage
