Social Media Manager at Uniqlo Fast Retailing GCL
Essential Functions:
Fast Retailing Global Creative Lab is seeking a motivated social media manager to oversee
Uniqlo Global Instagram social projects. This role will help develop and execute social media
campaigns, create content and deliverables to support brand awareness, engagement and user
growth.
● Content Strategy Development: Works with Creative, Production and Strategy teams to
design and implement a comprehensive content marketing strategy that aligns with our
brand’s goals across Instagram.
● Content Creation and Management: Oversee the production of high-quality content
including video content, and social media updates. Collaborate with internal team
stakeholders and external partners to ensure content is aligned with brand and product
messaging objectives. Create and maintain the calendar and distribute content and measure
success. Manages all the social campaigns according to brand marketing initiatives.
● Performance Analysis: Track and monitor performance metrics, and analyze data on
campaign to inform an ongoing social strategy. Collaborate on establishing key metrics,
assess the effectiveness of content strategies, and provide actionable insights/
recommendations.
● Community Management: Manage and grow social media channel. Monitors audience
interactions, fostering a positive online community and managing brand reputation. Is
accountable for high engagement and performance of all posts, ensuring all content aligns
with Global brand values and voice.
Requirements:
● 5+ years of experience in content marketing, and strong focus on social media best
practices.
● Proven experience in social media management, preferably at in-house or agency.
● Have extensive knowledge of the Instagram best practices and social trends.
● Proven track record of developing and executing successful content strategies.
● Familiarity with creative production for social and is present on- shoot locations to help
Creative team implement best practices in real time.
● Experience managing content creation agencies and production teams.
● Experience with social media community management and analytics platforms.
● Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
● Excellent organizational and communication skills.
● Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
● Creative thinker with a passion for staying on top of digital trends, creative trends and new
technologies and best practices tactics.
● Flexible to work a retail schedule and to accommodate international meetings based on business
need
● BA strongly preferred in marketing, communications or related field.
Hourly rate: $60 - $65 per hour
