Position Title: Organic Social Media Manager (full-time)
Location: Ardmore, PA (In-office 1 day/week/Remote)

Our mission is to provide women with the tools, knowledge, and products they need to support their health at every stage—from period to fertility to menopause.
Position Overview:
We seek a passionate and innovative Social Media Manager who is excited about the Binto brand and the opportunity to elevate our presence across all social channels. This individual will take ownership of Binto’s social media strategy, content creation, community management, and performance analysis. They will also embody and amplify the brand's voice while fostering meaningful connections with our growing community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Strategy: Develop, execute, and refine Binto’s social media strategy across all platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn, to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and grow our community.
- Content Creation: Create compelling, on-brand content for all platforms, that aligns with our brand mission and speaks to our audience's needs at different stages of their health journey. Content to be created includes, but is not limited to, Instagram Stories & Reels, Photos, and TikTok Videos. Stay current with trends to bring fresh, creative ideas to the table.
- Community Management: Actively manage and engage with our online community by responding to messages, comments, and reviews. Through social listening, cultivate a positive and inclusive space for discussions on women’s health.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and content. Provide actionable insights to improve engagement, follower growth, and conversion rates.
- Campaign Execution: Collaborate with the marketing team on brand campaigns and product launches to ensure that social content aligns with business priorities.
- Experimentation and Learning: Continuously experiment with content formats, strategies, and new platforms. Apply data-driven insights to test, learn, and optimize social efforts.
- Brand Advocacy: Be a fierce advocate and representative of the Binto brand, from mission to tone. Understand and embody our voice and values to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the creative and content teams to maintain a cohesive brand narrative.
- Influencer Outreach: Identify and assist in developing strategic partnerships with influencers, content creators, and ambassadors to expand Binto’s reach.Liaise with influencers and brand ambassadors to expand Binto’s reach.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience managing social media accounts for a DTC brand, preferably in the health, wellness, or lifestyle space.
- Deep passion for women’s health and wellness, aligned with Binto’s mission to revolutionize women’s reproductive care.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Proven ability to develop and execute social media strategies that drive engagement and growth.
- Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Instagram Insights, Facebook Business Suite, Later, ShopMy, etc) and reporting on KPIs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong attention to detail, with the ability to craft engaging and brand-consistent copy.
- Skilled content creator, including graphic design work, with a keen eye for producing engaging content and proficiency in video editing. Experience with design tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, and CapCut)
- Comfortable with being on camera and experience writing creative briefs and scripts..
- Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and community building.
- Data-driven approach, with an eagerness to experiment, learn, and iterate.
- A self-starter who takes initiative, brings new ideas, and thrives in a collaborative environment.
- Ability to be in the office at least one day per week.
