The Role:
As our Marketing & Growth Lead, you’ll be the heart of our marketing efforts, driving strategy and execution across all our brands. You’ll be leading initiatives across our brand strategy, marketing calendars, promotional strategy, and in general collaborating with all marketing departments across social media, email/SMS, PR, Amazon, and creative, always pushing for what’s next and making sure we stay ahead of the curve. This role is currently being executed by the Managing Partners of the company.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead cross-channel marketing strategy & campaigns—from social media to email, Amazon, and beyond—to ensure cohesive and exciting brand messaging. Manage the marketing calendar and strategy for two growing brands, ensuring all campaigns are well-coordinated and strategically aligned.
- Interface with all existing marketing teams & departments as the direct brand liaison, working closely with teams across paid media (growth), social, PR, Amazon, email/SMS, creative, and more to ensure smooth execution.
- Track and manage key marketing KPIs such as ROAS and other performance metrics to drive success and optimize efforts.
- Collaborate with creative teams and media buyers to produce bold, innovative content.
- Create exciting, trend-driven social media campaigns that resonate with today’s audience and drive engagement and conversions.
- Collaborate with leadership to adapt strategies based on margins, inventory needs, and broader business goals.
- Build and streamline processes to ensure marketing initiatives run efficiently and are set up for long-term success.
- Work on building and launching new brands within the portfolio, contributing to their growth from the ground up.
- Be a core player in our leadership team, bringing fresh, creative ideas to keep our brands ahead of the competition.
About You:
- 3-5 years of DTC, brand, marketing, and/or growth experience (but if you’ve got the passion and drive and not the years, we’d still love to hear from you).
- You’re highly driven, ambitious, reliable, and love staying on top of what’s new and trending in marketing.
- Social media is your thing, and you’ve got a knack for staying on top of what’s trendy, relevant, and pushing culture forward.
- You thrive in fast-paced environments, handling multiple projects and channels like a pro.
- You’re entrepreneurial and hungry for growth—both for yourself and the brands you work with.
