SR. BRAND MARKETING MANAGER

We are seeking a consumer journey centric brand marketer who thrives in building brands in scrappy, entrepreneurial environments.
Our ideal candidate is a roll up your sleeves strategist, who finds joy in creating PR-worthy brand moments and campaigns.
This role will report directly to the CEO and will be responsible for executing on our brand strategy with a GTM mindset; You will be responsible for brand strategy and messaging, while executing initiatives that align with Thousand brand vision and values.
This role would be expected to:
- Be a thought partner for our Creative Director and a leader for the team, staying on top of brand marketing opportunities and trends.
- Write campaign and seasonal briefs, using insights/trends to find unconventional and compelling opportunities to bring a campaign to life.
- Oversee brand strategy and set KPIs to help measure the success of our strategic initiatives and campaigns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to own the marketing calendar and ensure consistent brand messaging and tone of voice across all touchpoints.
- Ensure the brand vision is executed seamlessly across products and owned channels . Be the final approval for overall brand voice and messaging
- Serve as head copywriter and copy editor to create brand and product stories that resonate with our community across all channels
- Lead cross-functional projects and teams to ensure successful and on-time execution of go-to-market strategies for product launches and marketing campaigns.
- Manage brand partnerships and collaborations to create more engaging, in-depth, and authentic stories
- Management our PR agency and any influencer & affiliate marketing product and brand requests
- Serve as a marketing swiss army knife, co-leading ideation, and content with our small, but mighty team.

WHO YOU ARE
- Required: 5+ years of experience in brand marketing and a proven track record in launching and managing brand campaigns
- Strong strategic thinking: a keen understanding of how creative content supports business objectives
- Copywriting: the ability to craft compelling messaging that drives customer engagement
