Stand & Deliver is seeking an experienced Director of Marketing to help grow our business. This role will provide strategies to position our brand most effectively to generate high levels of demand from senior leaders at Fortune 100 organizations while elevating brand awareness to attract and retain clients in new and existing markets. The Director of Marketing will also lead project execution for live events, webinars, collateral, and website updates and ensure our global faculty is well-versed and agile in our positioning.
Responsibilities of this role include:
- Creating a marketing strategy and plan of execution to attract new clients and retain existing ones, ensuring a robust sales pipeline and brand awareness
- Designing and distributing the brand collateral ensuring that the company's messaging and marketing are aligned with corporate goals
- Bringing resources: An existing network of graphic designers and copywriters to engage in bringing our brand story to market
- Collaborating with the CEO, client development team, and global faculty to support and drive marketing initiatives
- Maximizing the impact of Stand & Deliver’s website and its visibility to clients, updating the narrative and look with fresh visuals, client testimonials and case studies that communicate our key differentiators
- Creating content: Developing engaging content for social media or inspiring our team of experts to generate thought leadership content to bring to market
- Managing the development of customized collateral to effectively launch curriculum and events to the market
- Craft and execute strategy and marketing of live invitational programs and webinars designed to generate demand for new curricula, showcase our team’s expertise, and provide valuable learning experiences for new and potential clients
- Managing social media: Generating engaging content that promotes Stand & Deliver’s expertise, talented faculty, and opportunities to engage, with the outcome of audience growth and, ultimately, demand generation
To Succeed in this Role, you need to:
- Have a minimum of 5 years of marketing communications experience across brand development, event management, social media, and marketing project management.
- Thorough understanding of marketing strategies and practices.
- Excellent organizational skills; the ability to make things happen even better than they were envisioned.
- Be well-spoken in both verbal and written communication.
- Have access to and relationships with graphic design firms, copywriters, and marketing copy editors to support material creation.
- Have experience in event planning and management.
- Be both independent and collaborative, with the awareness to be agile between the two.
