Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Product Program Director to lead our global product marketing efforts and report to the Head of Global Product & Solutions Marketing. You will oversee three Global Product Marketing Leads, ensuring the successful development of marketing strategies across our product portfolio.
You Will:
- Lead a team of three Global Product Marketing Leads - promoting a collaborative culture.
- Become an expert on our advertising and marketing products, understanding features, benefits, customer needs, and industry trends.
- Develop and implement comprehensive product marketing strategies that align with our goals - ensuring consistency across global markets.
- Oversee market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes. Use insights to guide product prioritization, positioning, and marketing strategies.
- Guide the team in managing the entire product lifecycle, from brainstorming to launch and post-launch optimization - ensuring successful product introductions.
- Work with product management, sales, and regional marketing teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts. Working with our Integrated Marketing Lead to ensure communication and cohesion across departments and regional teams.
- Monitor goals to measure the effectiveness of marketing strategies. Provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership.
- Build relationships with product management team and business leaders. Gather feedback to improve product offerings and marketing strategies.
- Promote improvement and new ideas within the product marketing function - staying ahead of industry trends and best practices.
- Manage and allocate marketing budgets, ensuring appropriate use of resources to achieve our goals.
Qualifications
You Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in product marketing within the advertising, marketing, or technology sectors.
- Experience in the advertising and marketing industry, including trends in identity, data, technology, and AI.
- Experience collaborating with product development and sales teams.
- Expertise in translating complex technical features into clear customer benefits.
- Experience interpreting data, producing insights, and optimizing marketing performance.
- Proficient in using marketing automation, CRM tools, and digital marketing strategies.
Additional Information
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $136,000-$219,650. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law. Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. The company's incentive compensation plan is subject to change.
