We’re recruiting Customer Service Representatives to join us on a full-time permanent basis.

Full time roles are 36.5 hours per week, and we have rotating schedules which allow you to achieve a great work/life balance, working between the hours of 8:00am to 6:00pm from Monday to Friday, 10:00am to 2:00pm on Saturdays, excluding Bank Holidays. You will know well in advance the schedule you will be working each week, so you can plan around your hours.
You’ll work as part of our telephone-based Customer team in our Dublin City Centre building, with our own restaurant, yoga room, wellness rooms and funky collaboration spaces!

No experience required, all we ask for is great customer service skills as customers are at the heart of what we do and if you're as passionate about helping customers as we are, you’re already one step closer.
- Friendly tone & good communication skills
- Competent use of the English language understanding, verbal and written to support complex insurance conversations
- Resilience and persistence to meet sales targets
- Computer literate, with the ability to effectively learn the navigation of multiple systems.
- Minimum Leaving certificate qualification or education equivalent
