Who is Atelier Ten?
Thank you for asking! Kindness and curiosity are some of Atelier Ten’s core tenets.
We’re an international environmental design consultancy creating high-performance, sustainable, award-winning buildings that give back to the wider environment, don’t waste resources, and make people feel good. Atelier Ten’s projects range from offices and labs to multifamily residential to large scale masterplans. The Marketing Coordinator will work with both technical and marketing professionals supporting activities focused on winning new work and client engagement.
What is this role on a high level?
With a preference for a candidate located in San Francisco, we may consider candidates that would join our New York office while primarily supporting the San Francisco team. The Marketing Coordinator will leverage their experience with the AEC industry to prepare marketing materials with a heavy focus on fee proposals, pursuit process, qualification materials, and other related marketing collateral. Your primary focus will be the planning, scheduling, development, and finalization of responses to client requests for qualification, proposals, and presentations. This will include the maintenance of the client relationship management system and marketing collateral while also collaborating with the national marketing team on marketing initiatives. The range of responsibilities and opportunities for this position is limited only by the drive of the successful candidate themselves. Most importantly, you’ll build relationships with team members throughout San Francisco and New York and beyond, developing your ability to collaborate with anyone and everyone.
What your day-to-day looks like
Your days at Atelier Ten will be filled with a large variety of project types including developing marketing collateral, writing proposals, data management and relationship development. We promise to keep you challenged and never bored. Here are some regular tasks you may encounter:

- Interview technical staff and turn their responses into clear and concise summaries
- Copy edit and proofread written text provided by members of the team, customizing content to address specific client needs and requirements
