Position Overview:
Support the BBI performance marketing team in driving growth across multiple haircare brands including Ouidad, Bioionic, Goody, Curls, and Wet Brush. This role will contribute to paid media and growth marketing initiatives across three key business pillars: Ecommerce (DTC & Amazon), Retail, and Brand. This role will assist in the activation of strategic marketing campaigns through media and creative execution with cross-functional collaboration needed to ensure cohesive marketing strategies. This role will focus on working closely with the Performance Marketing Manager to drive measurable results. The ideal candidate will have a passion for growth marketing, be detailed and well organized with strong communication skills.
Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and execute full-funnel paid media marketing campaigns within Paid Social, Paid Search, Programmatic, and various Video platforms. Ensuring creative assets, campaign setup and measurement plans are all well-developed based on data driven decision-making.
- Oversee the day-to-day management of campaigns, measurement plans and reporting. Ensure aspects of each are well organized for optimal execution and delivered in a timely manner.
- Work with internal and external creative resources to project manage the new creative development projects including new videos, GIFs, and static images with overlays.
- Coordinate and traffic delivery of digital creative assets to agency, vendors and platforms. Ensuring deliverables are well aligned with business and team goals.
- Assist with tracking, measuring, & reporting on KPIs and benchmarks for monthly and campaign performance, including interpreting data and turning into actionable insights. The ideal candidate will be passionate about continuous improvement, gathering insights and identifying trends.
- Assist with SEO efforts as needed, including coordination of assets for Blog creation and research.
- Assist in Affiliate and Influencer efforts as needed, including partner and program communications management.
- Help design and deploy cross-channel A/B testing to optimize results.
- Provide support on ad-hoc marketing projects as needed.
Essential Cross-Functional Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with brand teams to gain knowledge of creative baseline assets, coordinate influencer samples and campaign development.
- Collaborate with media and creative agency teams to ideate and execute campaigns.
- Collaborate with creative services team and external agencies to develop visual content needs.
- Coordinate with Ecommerce teams on promotional calendars and campaign results.
Required Skills/Qualifications:
- Be a self-starter, operate independently and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrate ownership of role and projects with proactive follow-through and active prioritization.
- Strong analytical skills and mindset.
- Familiar with digital marketing platforms and reporting tools, such as Facebook Business Ad Manager, Google Ads Manager, GA4, Looker Studio and Northbeam.
- Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint or Meta Media planning certifications are a plus.
- Ability to build, foster and nurture strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- MS Office Suite with strong Excel (Google Docs/Sheets/Slides)
- Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)
