Coordinator, Corporate & Associate Communications - Calvin Klein
The Coordinator, Corporate and Associate communications, primary responsibilities are to advance Calvin Klein's reputation as an iconic fashion brand and promote internal news and achievements to the global organization. This role is responsible for implementing the day-to-day activities of communications-related tasks and projects across internal and corporate initiatives and requires a strong ability to multi-task and sound judgement. The coordinator will dual report into the Manager of External and Manager of Associate Communications.
Responsibilities
- Internal Communications
- Work with Manager, Internal Communications to write, edit and disseminate global brand emails and editorials in line with the overarching global internal communications strategy.
- Support with global internal event production and coordination, including invitation management and calendar holds, maintaining relationships with external vendors, assisting with live Q&A, etc.
- Manage and integrate a global communications calendar incorporating global, regional, inclusion & diversity communications and company achievements
- Support executive communications, including a bimonthly video series and town hall meetings; presentation development and management.
- Track and record metrics for internal communications, analyze as needed to make suggestions for more impactful associate engagement.
- Optimize internal assets with eye-catching graphics and brand right designs and copy.
- Corporate Communications
- Support Manager, Corporate Communications with the development of official brand documents and external communications materials, including press releases, media alerts, product texts, talking points, award submissions, executive nominations, etc.
- Identify, research and vet thought leadership opportunities for CK executives including speaking engagements, podcasts, interviews, awards, etc.; support in the development of briefing materials and talking points.
- Monitor for and provide real-time updates on any developing crises across press and social media.
- Monitor the Calvin Klein Communications mailbox and handle reactive inquiries.
- Lead internal and external requests for images, info, etc. for PVH Communications. Coordinate with CK regional offices as needed.
- Assist in maintaining a calendar of key moments inclusive of brand moments, events, global and regional campaigns and other marketing initiatives for the team.

- Support in drafting posts for Calvin Klein’s brand LinkedIn page and for CK executives.
- Conduct regular research on standard processes for brand and executive strategies; perform monthly analytics reporting and metric tracking.

Qualifications
- 2+ years’ experience in a fast-paced, corporate environment. Communications experience strongly preferred. Project management and administrative duties also a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in communications, Journalism, PR, Marketing, English or related field.
- Enthusiasm for all aspects of corporate and internal communications, and an eagerness to promote Calvin Klein’s objectives and wins to a variety of audiences.
- Desire to learn how to build and implement an internal communications strategy, balancing business goals with external wins; how to build brand campaign messaging, prepare executives for interviews or speaking engagements; and effectively communicate internally and externally around company initiatives related to sustainability, inclusion and diversity, and more.
- A positive attitude, collaborative spirit and team-oriented mentality.
- Flexibility, adaptiveness and ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
- A “can-do” demeanor and excitement about all things Calvin Klein.
- Highly fluent in and comfortable with MS Office (specifically Outlook, Word and Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational, written and verbal skills
- Strong attention to detail, sense of creativity, project management skills and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Willingness to learn, to take direction, to be flexible and resourceful and work as part of a team
- Grace and discretion dealing with executives, media and outside contacts
- General knowledge of fashion, art, design, pop culture, lifestyle and media landscapes
- Strong interest in and cultivation of industry knowledge
- Knowledge of media monitoring and database platforms or graphic design platforms a plus
- Exercise sound judgment when working cross-functionally with other teams
- Make decisions quickly and bring innovation and creativity to new processes when warranted.

Pay Range:$60,000 - $75,000
PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
