Marc Fisher Footwear is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join our team and will be responsible for the management of all marketing deliverables for specific fashion brands at Marc Fisher Footwear. Content marketing creation is key - Ideal candidates should possess a strong writing background coupled with a digital expertise in marketing & the ecommerce business. They will report directly into the Digital Brand Strategy Director. This role will be based out of our New York City office, 3 days in office and 2 days remote per week.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Key point of contact for marketing day to day for two key fashion brands under the Marc Fisher Footwear portfolio
- Manage briefing and approvals of seasonal ecommerce daily, weekly monthly assets, including: Homepage, landing pages, general site content, promotional emails, display and social banners & Host weekly review meetings with cross-functional partners
- Write copy aligned with specific brand ethos and seasonal campaigns for all marketing assets
- Project management of creative as it relates to site enhancements and other marketing features
- Work with team to develop brand growth through the right strategies and plans for brand across ecom, wholesale and international channels
- Manage execution and launch of seasonal marketing media campaign assets. Assist with content shoot process.
- Work with social content team on aligning calendar with overarching brand goals and messaging
- QA all emails, ensuring all links, images, and subject lines, are accurate and working properly in production weekly and seasonally
- Sample trafficking, Spearhead marketing sample ordering process aligned with production calendar.
- Develop seasonal shot lists and work with Brand Strategy VP/director on seasonal content pillars and goals
- Hindsight seasonal media campaign performance
- Manage wholesale and international seasonal and ad-hock asset requests
- Manage 3rd parties content request and optimizations
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
- Proficient in Google Analytics, Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel, Adobe Photoshop, Project management systems
- 5 years’ experience in marketing/digital content marketing, ideally working knowledge in SEO, PPC, and paid search.
- Collaborate with brand, ecommerce, social, merchandising, sales and other cross-functional departments on a regular basis
- Out of the box thinking for broadening the brand reach
- Copywriting with consideration of SEO best practices and branding strategy
- Experience optimizing paid media budgets and managing monthly ad spends
- Entrepreneurial, hands-on, and able to work independently
- High level of self-motivation and intellectual curiosity

- Salary range $80,000 to $95,000 - pay considerations are based on various factors unique to the candidate, including: skillset, years of experience, qualifications, certifications, and more.
