Job Title: Associate Brand Manager
Reports to: VP of Marketing
Location: Wherever there's internet in the contiguous US; this is a remote role with required travel for onboarding, meetings, and events

WhistlePig Whiskey is on the lookout for a dynamic individual to serve as as Associate Brand Manager to support our core marketing initiatives. This individual will play a crucial role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to enhance our brand presence and drive customer engagement. As cross-functional glue, you'll work closely with various departments to ensure the successful execution of brand initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and sales, including content production and management.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute promotional campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Coordinate with sales, product development, and other teams to ensure alignment with brand objectives.
- Manage budgets and track expenses to ensure cost-effective marketing efforts.
- Prepare and present reports on campaign results and market trends.
- Support the creation of marketing materials, including creative pivot briefs, digital content, print ads, and social media posts.
- Execute social media community management
- Help drive the community management of our social channels
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas for brand growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in brand management or marketing, preferably in the beverage industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions, with strong project management skills demonstrating the ability to bring campaigns from concept to completion.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Creative thinker with a passion for branding and marketing.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software/tools.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the whiskey or spirits industry.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
Salary & Benefits Offered
- The salary range for this role is an annual base salary of $80,000 - $95,000, plus a bonus, determined by individual performance paired with company performance and goals

The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, and training.
