Belkin Burden Goldman, LLP (BBG), a well-established real estate law firm based in New York City, is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the firm’s marketing and business development initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for writing, a strong work ethic, and a desire to contribute meaningfully to the firm’s growth. This entry-to-mid-level role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience with various aspects of marketing while working closely with leadership and attorneys.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Marketing Distribution & Support
- Support the creation and refinement of marketing materials (e.g., brochures, newsletters, proposals).
- Coordinate client events, networking events, and sponsorship activities.
- Monitor and update the firm’s marketing calendar.
Content Creation & Social Media Management
- Write, edit, and publish high-quality content for newsletters, blogs, press releases, and social media platforms.
- Assist in preparing pitch books, RFPs, and other proposal-related content.
- Help maintain the firm’s website by updating content and ensuring accuracy.
- Manage the firm's social media presence by creating and scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and identifying growth opportunities.
Vendor & Agency Coordination
- Act as the liaison with third-party marketing agencies to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and initiatives.
- Assist in SEO optimization and website traffic analysis to help secure leads.
Administrative & Reporting Tasks
- Maintain electronic mailing lists and coordinate the distribution of marketing communications.
- Assist in tracking expenditures and budget for marketing activities.
- Prepare reports on campaign performance.
- Coordinate client holiday cards, gifts, and promotional materials.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Law or related field.
- 0-4 years of experience in marketing, communications, or business development (law firm or professional services experience is a plus).
- Excellent writing skills with the ability to create engaging content across different mediums.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and social media platforms.
- Experience working with website CMS tools (e.g., WordPress) and familiarity with SEO principles is a plus.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable evaluating and using new marketing technologies and tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with attorneys, staff, and vendors.

The compensation will be dependent on several factors including but not limited to years of experience involving these roles and responsibilities, years of experience within the industry, portable book of business, professional accomplishments, education, etc.
