Position Overview:
The Marketing Director will develop and execute comprehensive strategies that blend performance marketing, brand building, and product launches. The role requires expertise in digital marketing and luxury branding, along with leadership experience in managing high-impact marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Performance Marketing:
- Develop and execute strategies across channels (Google Ads, metasearch, programmatic, and paid social) to maximize ROI.
- Manage partnerships with metasearch engines and optimize ad campaigns using data-driven insights.
- Oversee performance marketing budgets, tracking key metrics like CPA, ROAS, and LTV.
Brand Marketing:
- Lead Skylark and Wanderluxe brand strategy, ensuring consistent messaging and visual identity.
- Manage content creation, PR efforts, and strategic partnerships to boost brand awareness.
- Oversee social media strategy and community engagement.
- Own experiential and sponsorship initiatives to enhance the brand's visibility build loyalty.
Product Launch Marketing:
- Develop go-to-market strategies for new product launches, coordinating cross-channel campaigns and influencer outreach.
- Track and analyze product launch performance to refine future strategies.
Team Management:
- Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of accountability, urgency, and transparency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
Qualifications:
- 5-8 years of experience in performance and brand marketing, ideally within luxury travel or related sectors.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing brand strategies that strengthen market position.
- Proven success with Google Ads, metasearch, programmatic advertising, and product launches.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Creative thinker with a passion for developing impactful campaigns.
- Leadership experience with a focus on team development and cross-functional collaboration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field (advanced degree is a plus).
