Prolaio is a connected platform for heart care, driving optimal treatment plans and outcomes, and helping new therapies reach patients more safely, through continuous remote monitoring, AI-powered predictive analytics, and intuitive, workflow-based user experiences.
Prolaio has developed a sophisticated technology platform that leverages sensor and health data, combined with proprietary analytics, to enable better outcomes for cardiology patients. In addition, the company’s systems can be leveraged by researchers as an operating system for high-resolution data on trial participants, and Prolaio services can serve as a digital companion to therapies to reduce barriers to access.
Now the company is preparing to establish and grow its commercial user base. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for realizing the commercial impact of the Prolaio system in selected markets.
Responsibilities
Brand & Channel Marketing:
- Brand evolution and execution
- Work with external design agency to develop visual assets, including natural evolution of brand guidelines and materials
- Work with external copy writers to evolve copy toolkit that effectively describes Prolaio in general and to specific audiences
- Develop tools, such as slide templates and color grids, that can be used by company staff to effectively communicate internally and externally
- Partnership marketing: Identify and collaborate with partners including non-profit organizations, health institutions, and biopharma, and organize and execute the development of promotional materials and campaigns to meet partnership objectives.
Digital Marketing:
- Company website management
- Responsible for all content and functionality of the company website. Works with contractors as needed for design and implementation.
- Single point of contact for content management system
- Instrumentation to track access, drop-off points
- Stakeholder-directed content regarding products and services
- Employer value proposition and jobs page (in conjunction with talent team)
- Integrations with third party services
- Organic Channel Management: Content calendar ownership, publishing, and moderation of Prolaio social media
- Sponsored Content: Develop campaign plans and budgets to achieve company objectives such as new user acquisition or brand engagement. Execute campaigns with internal and external support.
Traditional Marketing:
- Print Materials: Develop, with cross-functional input, materials for point of care, sales, and business development across stakeholder types including patients, physicians, health institutions, and researchers
- Conferences: In accordance with conference objectives set in consultation with company leadership:
- Develop conference presence including exhibits and events
- Target, contact, and assist in setting up meetings for Prolaio attendees
- Presentation support
- Engage with company staff, as needed and approved by company leadership, to organize, develop, and visually refine presentations for various uses, including business development and investor relations.
Operations:
- Manage marketing automation platform and any adjacent tools
- Identify and manage nurture channels including email marketing with support of marketing contractors
- Build and manage a marketing budget
- Work with marketing contractors, as needed, to achieve business objectives.
Role Requirements:
- 4-5 years of demonstrated marketing experience in healthcare
- Degree in healthcare or life science preferred
- Demonstrated expertise and fluency in direct-to-consumer healthcare technology marketing, especially in the field of digital health for medical (not wellness) products and services
- Awareness and adeptness in addressing the nuanced needs, sensitivities, and interests of healthcare audiences such as care teams and hospital administrators
- Experience in B2B marketing to biopharma is a plus but not required
- Savviness in developing and sustaining compelling and differentiated brand and marketing materials
- Ability to work cross-functionally ensuring coordination and cooperation
- Ability to translate a concept into a creative visual presentation
