Sienna Charles, the premier ultra-luxury lifestyle company featured in magazines such as the WSJ, FT, Forbes, Robb Report, and more, is looking for a Marketing Director who will be responsible for outlining and executing our marketing plan in order to drive qualified traffic & leads to create sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Play a key role in developing the digital marketing and content strategy, ensuring it aligns with business objectives and drives growth.
- Analytical Thinking and Benchmarking: Use data and analytics to make informed decisions, measure the success of marketing campaigns, and benchmark Sienna Charles' performance against best practices. Suggest new approaches based on these insights.
- Digital Marketing Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and techniques, and implement them into marketing campaigns as appropriate. This includes but is not limited to:
- monitoring landing pages and conducting A/B testing to optimize website elements to improve website performance,
- create external newsletters & members content
- improving performance of email campaigns,
- managing PPC campaigns,
- overseeing the SEO team, track and evaluate their performance, and
- collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Tool Administration and Automation: Manage and optimize marketing tools to streamline and automate marketing processes.
- Budget Management and Reporting: Create and manage project budgets, monitor financial performance, and justify marketing investments to stakeholders. Prepare reports to summarize project status and results.
- Team and Project Management: Oversee the development and implementation of marketing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders. Create systems & processes for the team to follow for repeatable success. Ability to work with videographers to produce high quality content.

Requirements:
- 3-5 years of Marketing Management experience with a great track record of keeping a plan and direct reports on track.
- A high degree of understanding and background in main marketing channels and platforms: Google Ads, Social Media, Email Campaigns, Inbound Lead Handling, and Press Management.
- Ideally experienced in a company with high-level B2C services in a similar industry: private banking, hospitality, or fashion or with high-level elite clientele.
- Results-driven, self-motivated individual that can lead a team of experts to excellence.
- Strong cross-functional communication skills, verbal and written.
- Experience driving projects, prioritizing tasks from start to finish, and leading cross-functional teams to completion.
Timezone:
Sienna Charles is based primarily in the EST timezone, and this role would require working primarily from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST.
