As the Creative and Content Marketing Manager, you will join the Marketing team, lead the social media and photography strategy, bring forth creative and innovative ideas, manage relationships with creative agencies, and be the lead marketing manager in your regions.
Roles You Will Play:
The Social Marketer
- Manage the daily social media presence and regularly update external social sites: Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other emerging platforms.
- Drive strong engagement and organic growth across all social media communities, conveying a sense of community and building our following with valuable content.
- Leverage existing and new software to improve the customer experience.
The Creative
- Act as the lead for managing creative and branding agency relationships.
- Oversee the company’s Paws to Care program, Gables OneStop marketing system, photography management, digital asset management, virtual staging software, and other assigned programs.
- Seek advertising opportunities on a regional basis to promote Gables.
- Maintain, update, and uphold the Gables Brand Standards Guidelines.
The Ally
- Manage and support all lease-up efforts in a specific market(s).
- Serve as the regional marketing expert for your market(s), recommending, outlining, and managing strategic marketing plans.
- Collaborate with CMs/RMs/VPs to ensure traffic opportunities to communities are maximized, marketing standards are followed, and renovations and lease-ups remain on budget in terms of traffic and leases.
- Assist with 3rd party RFP new business presentations as needed.
- Carry out other responsibilities as deemed appropriate by your supervisor.
- Support digital and web efforts
The Writer
- Work with our Senior Vice President of Customer Experience on written communication to prospects, residents, associates, and internal customers.
Qualifications

Education
An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Real Estate, Communications, Design, or a related field is required, with an emphasis on graphic design and digital media preferred. The position requires the ability to read and write English fluently, and the ability to accurately perform basic to intermediate mathematical functions.
Professional Experience
3-5 years’ experience in the apartment management industry preferred. Experience with the Adobe creative suite is also preferred. Ability to multi-task, work with all levels of management and be a strong communicator with a “get it done” attitude.
Attendance/Travel
The position is exempt from overtime and may entail working flexible hours any 7 days of the week as needed to perform the position requirements satisfactorily. The position is scheduled for a typical 40-hour work week; however demands may be high at times and the associate may expect to work outside of standard business hours occasionally as the business need arises. This position is required to be in the corporate office 3 days per week, with remote work considered 2 days per week.
Licenses/Certifications
A valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance is required. Position requires individuals to furnish their own vehicle to fulfill all the job’s functions.
