The Product Marketing Coordinator will focus on supporting the Brand and Product Marketing teams. This role will assist in the coordination of a variety of initiatives across Marketing Operations, PR, Influencer, and Product Marketing.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Coordinate tasks related to Product Marketing responsibilities while working with internal stakeholders to develop project timelines and ensure successful execution
- Assist in the sample coordination and execution of seasonal lifestyle and ecommerce style-outs to inform on-model outfitting
- Diligent note taking during seasonal + ecommerce style-outs
- Assist in prep and organization for Product Marketing & PR sample lines.
- Assist in building out seasonal shot lists to inform Creative Productions
- Assist where needed during seasonal or commercial Lifestyle Photoshoots
- Work closely with PR + Influencer teams on seasonal gifting initiatives and promo orders
Requirements:
- 1+ years of professional experience in marketing or retail, and/or adjacent roles
- Strong communication skills and ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Strong project management skills
- High attention to detail in planning, organization and execution of tasks
- Passionate about apparel product
- Must be flexible with change, and have a growth mindset
