In this role, you will provide thought leadership by managing the change processes and throughput at the intersection between Legal, Compliance, and other commercial workflows and productivity to drive long-term success of our Consulting and Intelligence businesses with optimal customer experience. You will work for cross-functional and cross-Product Area teams, and define/simplify processes for more effective communication, planning and execution for the Mandiant Consulting business.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $202,000-$287,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Manage communications with the Legal, Compliance, GBP, DPO, and other cross-functional teams to ensure visibility into processes and alignment with needs of the Mandiant organization.
- Partner with workstream leaders across Cloud to drive operational goals for Mandiant business within Google, project management and driving of specific initiatives in support of the business.
- Manage, design and optimize processes for speed, efficiency, flexibility and value in the customer engagement process, including liaising with teams managing contracts (such as DPO and Legal) to ensure business needs are addressed.
- Proactively identify problems and issues and critical points of collaboration often spanning organizational (e.g. Product Area) or functional (e.g. Finance) boundaries, and establish approaches to solve them.
