How you contribute to our success
Navigate Wellbeing Solutions is seeking a highly experienced Creative Director to lead our dynamic lead generating, digital marketing team focused on driving revenue into the pipeline. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of creative vision and strategic thought to design and implement multi-channel, multimedia experiences that captivate audiences and achieve business objectives.
Success for this position is defined by the ability to effectively translate business goals into compelling marketing narratives, deliver high-quality creative assets on time, drive measurable results for clients, and foster a collaborative team environment that aligns with broader business strategies. Additionally, it involves staying ahead of industry trends, leveraging innovative solutions, and contributing to the growth and success of both the marketing team and Navigate Wellbeing Solutions as a whole.
Your Responsibilities to the team, our clients and community
- Collaborate closely with business leaders to convert business goals into compelling brand and product narratives that resonate with our target market
- Oversee the design process from concept to execution, ensuring all visual content aligns with strategic marketing initiatives
- Manage timelines, and cross-departmental projects with precision, ensuring smooth operation and delivery of creative assets
- Stay informed of emerging creative technologies and industry trends, leveraging insights to enhance marketing strategies
- Present and effectively articulate how the creative vision will contribute to the achievement of business goals and KPIs
- Develop and refine marketing tactics by assessment of client objectives, leading insightful planning and execution of design and production needs for various digital marketing channels
- Design and produce marketing collateral including sales enablement collateral, event branding, digital ads, social media content, email campaigns, landing pages, multimedia, videos, and presentations
- Coordinate seamlessly with account managers to deliver projects that meet client expectations and drive measurable results
- Contribute to team success by aligning initiatives with broader business strategies, fostering collaboration, and ensuring accountability
The Ideal Candidate
- Proven track record in management or supervisory roles within a B2B SaaS environment
- Extensive experience with digital platforms and content delivery for employee wellbeing technology
- Strong understanding of brand positioning, brand guidelines, design principles and visual storytelling, with the ability to anticipate and interpret emerging market trends
- Strategic mindset that aligns creative initiatives with broader business objectives, driving innovation and revenue growth
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated project management expertise, with the ability to handle multiple high-priority projects simultaneously
- Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced, results-oriented setting

Experience & Education needed for success in this role
Experience
- 10+ years of experience in an Art Director or Creative Director capacity within a digital marketing context
- Proficiency in essential design programs: Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Microsoft Office Suite, and Email Management Software
- Familiarity with Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and Flash is advantageous
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent creative credentials
Physical & Working Environment
- Normal mental and visual attention is required. Normal office working conditions requiring continuous use of both hands. Sitting most of the time, may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time
- Position requires occasional bending, squatting, twisting and climbing stairs. There are minimal exposures to workplace hazards
