Why You Are Important
As our Marketing Coordinator, you'll work directly with our CEO, gaining hands-on experience and building foundational marketing skills with a fast-paced team. You’ll be instrumental in driving growth and user engagement, helping to shape our outreach and engagement strategies. This is a high-growth, entry-level role with immense potential for learning and impact.
Your Role
- Content Creation: Conceptualize and write blog posts, viral social media copy, and engaging LinkedIn content.
- Copywrite: Craft copy across in-app product, product communications, marketing collateral, and press releases.
- Community Engagement: Build and engage our community of creators and suppliers through meaningful, targeted interactions on social media and other platforms.
- Coordinate Video Content: Work collaboratively with our Video Editor to plan, review, and oversee the publication of video content for social media and other digital platforms.
- Landing Page: Create and maintain landing pages on Webflow to support marketing and promotional campaigns.
- Growth Hacking & Experimentation: Identify and implement innovative growth tactics to enhance user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Data Tracking & Analytics: Monitor the effectiveness of marketing tactics through tools like Google Analytics and Looker, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
- Presentation & Design Support: Design basic templates for social media posts and decks, ensuring brand alignment and visual consistency.
Skills & Qualities Required
- 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, content marketing, or social media, preferably in a tech startup environment.
- Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics or Looker
- Basic design skills in Adobe Suite, Canva, or similar tools.
- Analytical and comfortable with metrics, KPIs, and using data to drive decision-making.
- Strong understanding of the creator economy, even if that’s on a personal interest level.
- Are tenacious and will find scrappy ways to get Roster out there.
- Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with urgency to hit aggressive targets.
- We don’t expect you to know everything. We do, however, expect you to learn quickly and be hacky & creative when you face an unknown!
