Position Summary
This position develops and oversees the execution of marketing strategies, programs and campaigns to promote Kootenai Health, its subsidiaries and providers. Makes data-driven decisions, tracks and analyzes results and modify approaches as appropriate. Makes appropriate budget recommendations to leadership.
Responsibilities
- Develops and oversees execution of marketing strategies, programs and campaigns to promote Kootenai Health, its subsidiaries and providers, with special emphasis on strategic priorities
- Analyzes customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build and execute successful strategies
- Works closely with service lines to ensure alignment and capacity to respond to marketing-driven demand
- Develops budget recommendations to maximize results within financial realities
- Identifies effectiveness and impact of marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimizes accordingly; shifts strategies as needed
- Supports additional communications needs within Kootenai Health
- Provides backup support to the Director of Communications and Marketing as needed
- Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
- Regular and predictable attendance is an essential job function
- Performs other related duties as assigned
- Competent to meet age-specific needs of the unit assigned
Requirements And Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising or communications preferred
- Minimum 5 years' experience in marketing, advertising, communications, or sales preferred
- Proven success in developing marketing plans and campaigns
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
- Metrics-driven marketing mind with an eye for creativity
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
