Part-Time Assistant to Influencer with Clothing and Accessories Brand

A leading influencer in the fashion and lifestyle space, who also creates their own clothing and accessories brand, is seeking a motivated and skilled Part-Time Assistant (there is growth opportunity as the business expands)
This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and has a genuine passion for the influencer and fashion industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Calendar & Schedule Management: Organize and maintain a dynamic calendar, ensuring smooth coordination of all brand-related and personal engagements. Ensure that social media content schedule is managed and ensure that specific posts have been done on behalf of pad brands/partnerships.
Communication: Act as the liaison with various stakeholders, including brand partners, customers, and manufacturers. Maintain professional, timely, and clear communication to support brand reputation.
Content Creation & Coordination: Assist with shooting content . You’ll work alongside the influencer to help bring creative visions to life across multiple platforms.
Qualifications:
Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a strong attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to correspond professionally on behalf of the brand.
Prior experience in the influencer, social media, or fashion industry is highly preferred.
