Position: Head of Event Marketing
Company: Global Tradeshow Organizer
Compensation: $150k-$160k Base + Bonus
Location: New York City (Hybrid - 3 days per week)
Aspire is partnering with one of the fastest-growing global tradeshow organizers in the industry who are searching for a talented Head of Marketing. This role will focus on developing innovative growth marketing strategies and managing a growing marketing team.
The Job:
- Lead the US Marketing Team while collaborating closely with the Heads of Growth, Operations, and Content.
- Produce engaging copy and creative materials for various channels (web, email, print) and develop all promotional materials for campaigns (both print and digital).
- Collaborate with digital channel managers to design and implement effective brand awareness and lead generation campaigns.
- Adjust marketing strategies based on community insights and best practices from successful events.
- Establish strategic marketing partnerships with industry media, associations, and influencers.
- Implement marketing tools and processes to streamline the creative workflow and campaign management.
- Design and oversee the marketing budget, guiding strategies for media expenditures and collaborative marketing partnerships.
The Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of marketing experience, preferably in the tradeshow and conference industry.
- Skilled in developing and nurturing marketing teams with diverse experience levels.
- Strong ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
- Committed to achieving KPIs in a flexible work environment.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, recognizing the importance of accuracy.
- Agile and adept at multitasking, with the ability to pivot and prioritize projects as needed.
