Brand Manager
Position Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced Brand Manager to lead brand marketing efforts for an over-the-counter pharmaceutical brand. This person will be responsible for delivering creative that modernizes our brands and shapes them to be fit for culture.
This is a hybrid position in Morristown, NJ. Hours are 9-5pm with a flexible in-office schedule 2-3 days per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies and creative vision for CPG products in the pharmaceutical space.
- Partner with AORs to deliver best-in-class content/creative on brief, time and within budget.
- Manage relationships with creative agencies to ensure alignment with brand objectives and effective execution of campaigns.
- Oversee Public Relations strategies to enhance brand talkability, awareness and cultural relevance.
- Partner closely with Brand teams and agency partners on development and execution of campaigns.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand marketing for major packaged goods or pharmaceutical account experience at client or media agency.
- Thorough knowledge & experience across of all areas of creative & content development including but not limited to briefing, creative feedback, production management, post-production and talents right management.
- Strong project management skills, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
- Communications/Public Relations experience that includes critical and strategic thinking to accelerate business goals.
- Experience across all paid/earned/owned platforms especially Brand/Retail.com, eComm Content Development & the major social networks (FB/IG, YT, TikTok & Pinterest)
- Experience with stakeholder management and managing complex relationships
- An MBA is preferred.
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including medical data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment. Additionally, drug products may be present in the workplace.
