About The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our marketing team at a growing company building a first-of-its-kind product. We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our team and lead our inbound marketing efforts. As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to generate leads, drive brand awareness, and support our sales team. This role requires a combination of creativity, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of B2B marketing tactics.
This job requires five days a week in the New York Chime Enterprise office.
The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $86,000.00 and up to $133,500.00. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits. The actual base salary offered may be higher, depending on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience.
In this role, you can expect to
- Develop and implement inbound marketing strategies to attract and engage target audiences.
- Create compelling storytelling content across various channels, including blogs, social media, email campaigns, and website copy.
- Manage marketing automation platforms to optimize lead generation and nurturing processes.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to support nurture programs and ensure alignment between marketing and sales efforts.
- Plan and execute events and tradeshows to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Manage integrated campaigns and analyze campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to maximize results.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing efforts.
To thrive in this role, you have
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on inbound marketing strategies.
- A revenue marketer that drives decision-making with a clear understanding of ROI
- Strong communication skills and the ability to create compelling storytelling content
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot).
- Experience with cross-functional teams that include paid marketing, SEO, web developers, and creative teams.
- Experience working with sales teams to support lead generation and nurture programs.
- Prior experience planning and executing events and tradeshows.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Self-motivated with a passion for staying ahead of marketing trends and technologies.
