VP of Marketing
based in St. Louis
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced VP of Marketing Services to lead and oversee the digital marketing services teams at our fast-growing digital marketing agency. As a member of the Executive Leadership team, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring the highest level of service and performance across all digital marketing services. This role requires a strategic leader, with a deep understanding of digital marketing disciplines, who can create and implement processes, maintain high quality standards, and provide strategic direction for client success.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Management:
• Lead, manage, and hold accountable the digital marketing services teams to achieve optimal performance and meet company goals.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance work culture, providing guidance, mentorship, and ongoing professional development to team members.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to enhance team productivity and effectiveness.
Digital Marketing Expertise:
• Knowledge and experience
• Stay current with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices to ensure the agency remains at the forefront of the digital marketing landscape.
Strategy Development & Execution:
• Work closely with the executive team to develop and execute strategies that align with client goals and business objectives.
• Collaborate with client services to provide high-level strategic input and ensure seamless execution of digital marketing campaigns.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to the client services team to drive long-term client growth and success.
Quality Assurance & Performance Monitoring:
• Establish and enforce quality assurance standards across all teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality, results-driven services.
• Oversee the continuous monitoring and optimization of campaigns to meet and exceed performance goals and KPIs.
• Ensure that all services meet client expectations, driving exceptional results that lead to high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Process Development & Optimization:
• Develop, implement, and refine internal processes and best practices for our digital services teams to ensure efficient and effective operations.
• Identify areas for improvement and create solutions that enhance workflow, team collaboration, and overall service delivery.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in a leadership role within a digital marketing agency or similar environment.
• Expertise in Paid Search (PPC), SEO, Content Marketing, and Social Media Marketing, with a strong understanding of how each discipline contributes to overall business goals.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills with a track record of building, mentoring, and retaining high-performing teams.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into actionable marketing strategies.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with both internal teams and external clients.
• A proactive, problem-solving attitude with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Certifications in Google Ads, SEO, or other relevant digital marketing tools and platforms.
