Responsibilities:
- Lead, inspire, and motivate teams to create and deliver innovative, customer-centric solutions that drive business goals
- Shape and direct creative strategy and deliverables from concepts through execution for a variety of digital channels, platforms, and experiences
- Facilitate and oversee discovery and creative activities, including experience strategy development, design workshops, conceptual design, copywriting, and art direction
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and partners closely with clients to establish strategy and align goals with tactics
- Ensure all creative deliverables align with overarching project goals, brand guidelines, and accessibility standards
- Oversee the quality, consistency, and feasibility of digital design deliverables, meeting the needs of development and technical teams
- Participate in broader practice and organization efforts related to team capabilities, growth, culture, and values
- Serve as a career coach for other team members, helping them set and work towards their goals
- Contribute to new business development and organic growth through solutioning, scoping, and creative concepting
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience as a creative professional, with a focus on design, user experience, and storytelling
- Digital agency or consultancy experience strongly preferred
- A diverse portfolio demonstrating in-depth digital design experience, outstanding craft, and strategic thinking
- Experience with convenience store, dining, restaurant, and/or hospitality industries strongly preferred
- Proven experience mentoring and managing project teams and direct reports
- Excellent presentation skills and communication abilities
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Microsoft Office
- Experience in Adobe After Effects or similar motion graphics programs is a plus
- BS/BA/BFA in graphic design, digital design, visual communication, or a related field, or equivalent consulting agency experience
