Noom Health – Noom’s Commercial business – is seeking a Content Marketing Manager to support the B2B business and drive engagement, awareness and leads for Noom Health’s core audiences: employers, consultants, health plans, and providers. This individual should have a thorough understanding of both traditional and digital marketing tactics and will play a central role in developing content that drives engagement and lead gen goals, while at the same time increasing brand awareness. This role will work on a variety of projects at one time – from emails and LinkedIn posts to case studies and sell sheets – while remaining flexible to shift priorities as business needs change. This position is best suited for someone who proactively initiates projects, escalates concerns as needed, collaborates well with cross-functional teams, and consistently delivers accurate/quality work, and offers creative solutions so that projects are delivered on time and in scope. Should be self-motivated, ready to roll up their sleeves to tackle any task that needs doing, have a positive “can do” attitude, and work well within a small, agile team.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support Full-Funnel Content Development: Working with the content strategy lead, you’ll support all stages of the marketing funnel—from awareness to decision-making—across digital, web, and events.
- Digital Campaign Execution: Build content that fuels digital marketing efforts, including paid ads, email campaigns, social media, and web copy, ensuring alignment with demand generation and lead nurturing goals.
- Web Content Management: Optimize web content to enhance user experience, increase engagement, and drive conversions. Collaborate with design and development teams to ensure content is effectively integrated across our website and landing pages.
- Event Content Production: Develop content that supports commercial conferences, events and industry panels.
- Cross-Channel Collaboration: Work closely with the product marketing and member marketing teams to ensure cohesive messaging and content strategies across channels.
- Sales Enablement Support: Collaborate with sales teams to produce content that supports different stages of the sales funnel, from top-of-funnel awareness pieces to mid- and bottom-of-funnel case studies, one-pagers, and client presentations.
- Scaling Content Production: Identify opportunities to repurpose and scale content across different channels and formats, ensuring that messaging remains consistent while adapting to specific audience needs.
What We’re Looking For:
This position is best suited for a self-motivated proactive marketer with exceptional copy skills, who proactively initiates projects, collaborates well with cross-functional teams, consistently delivers accurate/quality work, and offers creative solutions so that projects are delivered on time and in scope. A positive “can do” attitude, and working well within a small, agile team, is essential.
- 3-5 years of B2B marketing, digital marketing, and/or lifecycle marketing experience in healthcare, or in-house creative setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management skills with keen attention to detail and demonstrated experience multitasking and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Execution-oriented with the ability to develop thoughtful marketing solutions to address those needs.
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Wordpress, Social Media Platforms

Base Salary
- The US base salary range for this full-time position is $81,000 - $109,000.
- The range displayed on each job posting is based on Noom’s estimate as of the date of publication and reflects the minimum and maximum target for the position across all US locations. The actual placement of the candidate within the range is based on factors including but not limited to relevant experience, assessment of functional skills and behavioral competencies, and scope. This range is not inclusive of any discretionary bonus or equity package.
